Can someone use my IP address in another country?

Yes, it is possible. You can get international dedicated high speed lines from anywhere in the United States to most countries. You can contract with an ISP in one of those countries for internet service. You could also establish a dial up internet connection to an ISP in another country.

Why is my IP address from another country?
