INTPs are quiet, reserved, and thoughtful. As introverts, they prefer to socialize with a small group of close friends with whom they share common interests and connections. They enjoy thinking about theoretical concepts and tend to value intellect over emotion.

The less mature and developed INTP might ghost someone without fully meaning to, since they just don’t know how to ask for this space they need to figure things out. If they fear someone might not be able to handle this answer, then they will just start to ignore them and try to force that space.

INTPs really aren’t chatty people, instead they prefer to be on their own most of the time. INTPs can be quiet people, thinking through things internally and enjoying the time inside of their own minds.

INTPs aren’t quick to express yes or no judgments. They share their perceptions through Extraverted Intuition (Ne), but keep their judgments internalized. Telling them to oversimplify or leave out pertinent information is asking them to repress a natural part of their personality. It’s also just plain rude.

Are INTP easily annoyed?

INTPs have little patience for gossip or the latest celebrity “dish”. They find this kind of conversation irritating, trivial, and meaningless. One INTP said “I find it not only superficial, but extremely annoying as well. It’s hard for me to respect someone if they gossip too much.”
