If your student is enrolled in a K12 public school, you will need to return your materials at the end of the School Year.

What do I have to send back to K12?

An email (within 24 hours) with instructions to return materials, a list of what to return, and a separate email from UPS with labels for you to print. A letter via USPS (within 7-10 business days) instructing you of what to do with each material item for that course or group of courses and a set of UPS labels.

What happens if you damage a K12 computer?

If the missing or damaged item(s) are a result of a K12 or K12 vendor error, K12 will replace the item(s) at no cost to the you.

Yes, we provide textbooks and other instructional materials needed to complete the program. These books and materials are sent to students directly. Families do not pay tuition for a student to attend an online public school. Common household items and office supplies like printer ink and paper are not provided.
