Can couples live in Nestaway?

Announcing Couple Homes at NestAway. The couple homes shall only house couples & not allow singles. So a three bedroom house could at best have three couples. Please note that should you choose to book a couple room, the neighbouring couple could of same sex or opposite.

Can we trust Nestaway?

Nestaway are cheaters Never trust, they eat your money. Initially at the time of admission they will be in regular contact and after we joined then there true colours of looting money from the tenants will start. Will impose unnecessary charges.

Can I bring my girlfriend to Zolo?

For a resident’s safety and security reasons, Zolo has a few rules and regulations and among them are Visitors Hosting Policies. Opposite gender guests (except parents) are only allowed to visit you in the activity area. Zolo properties host a guest until 8 PM ONLY.

Are guests allowed in Nestaway?

Nestaway has an open guest policy and we are all game if you as a Nestie want to host guests. We just want you to be responsible and considerate about your co-tenants when you host your guests.

Is Nestaway free?

Nestaway is a property management platform, and not a listing platform where one can self-list for free. Post signing the service agreement, there’s no separate cost to list the property as well – Nestaway would list it whenever the house/bed is vacant, any number of times!
