Death may seem like an uncomfortable subject to think about regularly, but it has been proven to do wonders for the human experience. It’s true. Thinking about death regularly forces us to do just that, and results in our living healthier lives.

When a person dies, most people don’t remember the deceased’s wealth, power, status, success. They remember how the deceased treated them, how the deceased made them feel. Death teaches you to leave a legacy of love and respect and generosity.
