Answer. Yes you can pursue two degree simultaneously.

Can a person do btech and BSC together?

You can pursue both btech and bsc simultaneously. But this is possible only if you chhse one of them to do as a distance education. You cannot do both of them as a regular course simultaneously. You have to choose either btech or bsc as your regular course and other you can do it as a distance course.

Yes you can since two degrees at same time (distance and regular) are allowed. But pursuing BA won’t help you much. I may suggest you to pursue some additional courses which are designed basically to provide an extra edge to an individual by giving them an in-depth knowledge in a particular area of subject.
