Yes. For 2020, candidates with less than 75\% can also get admission in IITs through JEE advance because NTA removed the criteria of 75\% due to affects of Covid-19 on board exams. But from next year 2021, for admission in IITs you will have to have 75\% in boards (65\% for SC ST).
