Week 14 now on 75mg Venlafaxine I have started to feel OK except there are periods, especially certain days I will be very irritable, low, libido is definitely lower. Gastrointestinal effects are minimal. Appetite is actually quite low too, odd taste in my mouth at times and food often tastes bland.
