You should go for Chemical Engineering. In my 4 years of stay at IIT Kharagpur, I have never seen a branch where students chills as much as here. While we were taking classes 25-30 hrs/week in CSE dept, they could manage only in 15-20 hrs/week. Also many of their couses were almost similar as I heard from them.
