Does CGPA matter in PSU through GATE?

For most of the PSU the selection criteria is 85\% GATE score & 15\% interview score. CGPA & IIT tag doesn’t matter in PSU. if your concept is clear then you can answer what are the questions asked in the PSU interview. IF you can’t answer there questions perfectly then it will suffer you.

PSU Recruitment through GATE is two-stage process namely GATE score and interview round. More than 43 PSUs announce the recruitment of graduate engineers on the basis of their GATE Score every year.

Does 12th marks matter in PSU?
