How to apply for JOSAA counselling 2021?

For sc,st no need to pay fee. For obc candidates ,you will be separated into 3 categories based on income I.e below 1 lakh, between 1 to 5 lakhs, above 5 lakhs. For below 5 lakh no need to submit income certificate, because you will not get any fee waiver.
