Good company to work with, most of the new construction technology take shape in L. My experiance is good till now. Learnt a lot, infact I have given my best 7+ years of career to this organisation in order to shape myself for better position.

The growth in the company depends on the project you are in. Also the manager, client you are working with, also has a say on your increments.

L is a professionally managed company. The work culture is good. Working hours are generally 8 hrs/day. Facilities provided are enough, not best in class though. It is a people centric company. For working women, it is a good choice. It is a company where you can plan to settle down after achieving a certain career level.

Productive and fun work place. Nice work culture and employee benefits. Good for extra curricular activities. Nice place to make friends. Everything good at this place. The project structures are good at LTI. People here are very helpful when it comes to management. Also, cultural and annual functions and events are there which is awesome.
