What does mindful living mean?

A mindful life includes time for reflection and meditation. Mindfulness meditation, as mentioned in part 1, allows us to become aware of our mind—our thoughts, beliefs and emotions. Part of mindful living includes the realisation that our that our body and mind thrive on a routine that is tailor-made for us.

How can I practice mindful living?

It’s a collection of things I’ve been learning about, and am still practicing, things I’ve found useful enough to share.
