Here is a list of what not to do while you are in SSB.

  • It is said that do not lie.
  • Do not act like superman/superwomen.
  • Whatever happens try not to breakdown in the interview.
  • Doing extra buttering to your group mates in your room will not make them call you in the command task.
  • Do not look lazy at all.

How many times we can apply for SSB interview?

All except army medical corps members must succeed in the “SSB interview”. There is no limit to the number of attempts that can be made. There are however limits to the number of attempts one can make to the tests like the NDA/NA UPSC and PABT(Indian Air Force).

The candidate’s conduct throughout the interview, along with his courtesy, tact, confidence, force of personality, presence, poise, polish, humour and alertness will add to the overall impact.

Do they make you run in SSB?

It is proposed that there will be a 1.6 Km run for the aspirants, it won’t be a competition but one needs to finish the run at a given time. The marks will be given according to the time taken, 5-6 mins is considered as very good, 6-7 mins as average and more than 8 mins not good.

How many SSB are there in one year?

So if we calculate roughly, eligible engineering male candidate can apply for both TGC and SSC-tech twice every year that is two SSB for TGC and two SSB for SSC-tech. So in four years, a male candidate can have 16 SSB interview with TGC and SSC-tech, and a female candidate can have 8 SSB attempts with SSCW-Tech.
