Why does Naruto get so much hate?

Most of the hate towards Naruto comes from the second half or Shippuden. Many of the characters from the first part either lost their character development (Sakura is the biggest offender) or are never used for the plot ever again.

Some NaruSaku fans hate her because she destroyed their ship. This is a very bland and dull reason to hate, at least in my opinion. She never showed any signs of being jealous whenever Naruto and Sakura were together or when Naruto tried to act like her boyfriend. So one reason is because she interferes NaruSaku.

Why do so many people like Sakura and Hinata in Naruto?

Among all the other side girls, Hinata gets a more prominent role so there is a competition formed between both these fans. Thus, the Naruto fandom basically consists of fans who like only Hinata or like only Sakura. There are not so many people who like both of them.

And that is just small portion from the top of my head that I can say. It also has one of the most touching stories, the most badass and deep characters (Pain , Itachi, Kakashi, Jiraya, Madara..), it has comedy, love story, original concept, very well thought out battle strategies, epic battles…
