No, to enter Heaven a person can’t be a good enough person. God requires perfection, and a good person can never be sinless without receiving God’s gift of eternal life paid for by the blood Jesus shed on the cross.

What can cause you to not go to heaven?

With that in mind, here is my top five list of reasons why you won’t go to heaven:

  1. A just God would never create such a system.
  2. The very idea of eternal life is incoherent.
  3. You wouldn’t like the people there.
  4. It will take too long to get there.
  5. You don’t know how to get there.
